I have heard that if your NAT status is strict , you would only be able to connect to hosts games that have an open NAT. My NAT is moderate , and haven't had any issues , so I think if you can get your NAT type to moderate at the Damn frustrating to not get to play with the other user on the server! My NAT on my router is open according to my network settings on the xbox one, and a full bar of signal from the router. Tried to restart the server, uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, tried both cable and WiFi connection and unpluged the router without results..
